Welcome to the official Web Site of The Source Family.   The Source Family was founded by  Ya Ho Wha, in 1971.   He was born James E. Baker and – after an exhaustive search, and arduous work on himself – became one of the very few to ever attain “God Consciousness”, while still in this earthly body.  On this site, you will find a short overview of the story of Jim Baker – and his evolution into Father Yod and then  Ya Ho Wha – and his spiritual Family, The Source Family, who called Him, simply, “Father”.   There were about 100 of us who stayed with him constantly, for the last few years of His life.
